the label. So we do.

A suppository is bought in a hurry, usually late, usually for a problem nobody wants to describe out loud, and the shelf does not make it easy: four different problems, a dozen active ingredients, age limits printed in six-point type, and a supplement aisle next to the drug aisle that looks identical. So that is the job. For every product we rank, we read the Drug Facts or Supplement Facts panel and pin the facts down: active ingredient and strength, count and cost per dose, the ages the label is made for, and the line where it says to stop and call a doctor. Then we rank, using a methodology we publish in full.

On independence: Best Suppositories is funded by affiliate commissions on some of the links we publish. Brands cannot buy a placement, a verdict, or a kinder review; rankings are set before monetization is ever considered, and a four-dollar jar of glycerin outranks a forty-dollar botanical whenever the label earns it. We cover recognized brands only in our pick slots, because "best" should mean best.

Label facts earn rankings. Front-of-box claims don't.

Who we are, plainly: an independent research and editorial desk based in Austin, Texas, obsessed with what is actually on the label, not a pharmacy and not a clinic. We verify every figure we can against the panel, the live listing, and consistent owner reports, and tell you whose number it is.
